"Accessibility Supporter ZoomSight (hereinafter called 'ZoomSight' for short)" is an assistant tool to help those who are weak in eyesight or in identifying colors or have difficulty in reading to browse webpages quickly and conveniently.
There is no special setting to use "ZoomSight". Also it will not send any of your personal information. Please read the following instruction carefully before using "ZoomSight".

Functions
Adjust Zoom Scale
You can adjust the size of texts and pictures from 50% to 300%.
Change Display Color
You can change the display color to any of the following as "Black on White", "White on Black" and "Invert Color".
Text-To-Speech
"ZoomSight" will read out webpages using synthetic speech engine.
Pronunciation Guide
"ZoomSight" adds hiragana or romaji pronunciation on top of Kanji or Katakana characters within Japanese pages, making them easy to read.
Before using "ZoomSight" for the first time, you need to install it to your local machine which will take a few minutes. Hereafter, you can immediately use it.
The size of installation files of "ZoomSight" is about 7MB.
You must have Administrator privilege before installing "ZoomSight".

*Do not operate Internet Explorer during installation or startup.
*For detailed information of each function, please refer to Help.
When the following security warning appears during installing, please confirm the warning message. If you are sure to install, please click the [Install] button.
NOTE: The above figure is for Windows 7 SP1
If other warning message or dialog box appears, please follow the instructions written on it.
If you need to restart the terminal or Internet Explorer during installation, wait until installation is completed, start Internet Explorer, and then click the [Start ZoomSight] button again.

CPU (processor): Pentium®II 400 MHz or higher.
Random Access Memory: 512MB or higher.
At least 15MB of available hard-disk space is necessary for the first time installation.
When installing Language-Pack, at least 20MB of available hard-disk space is necessary for each language.
Adobe Reader version 7 (7.0.5 or higher), 8, 9, 10 or 11 is required to use the "Text-To-Speech" function on PDF documents.
(Operation of "ZoomSight" on Adobe Reader 7.1.4, 8.3.0, 9.5.0, 10.1.4 and 11.0.3 has been confirmed.)
To use "Text-To-Speech" function on PDF documents under Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, you need to be set the protected mode into off.
The display resolution of 800600 pixels or higher (1024768 pixels or higher is recommended), and the color resolution of 256 colors or more is necessary.
The display setting should be lower than 400 DPI.
NOTE: If you are installing "ZoomSight" for the first time, you must have Administrator privilege.
You can open the Operation Guide (Help) page from the [Help] button on the control panel.
Move the mouse (pointer) over the [Help] button and click it. The Operation Guide (Help) page will open.

The following situations, "ZoomSight" may not star or "ZoomSight" and Internet Explorer may become unstable.
"ZoomSight" is running on multiple browser windows or tabs.
When you start the "ZoomSight" following way, "ZoomSight" may fail to start correctly.
"View"-"Explorer Bar"-"ZoomSight V2" on the Menu-Bar of Internet Explorer.
When error occured while starting "ZoomSight", the language of error message may different from start button.
About the Functions of "ZoomSight".
When using the "Change Display Color" function to browse page containing animation, it may continuously consume CPU loads.
"Text-To-Speech" function may not correctly read out some words such as names of people and places, and technical terms.
"Pronunciation Guide" function may not correctly add a pronunciation (Ruby) to some words such as names of people and places, and technical terms.
Depending on the operation of Internet Explorer, "Pronunciation Guide" function may be unavailable.
At that time, please quit the "Pronunciation Guide" function first and start it again.
A processing result of the "Text-To-Speech" function may be inconsistent with that of the "Pronunciation Guide" function.
When using the "Text-To-Speech" function or the "Pronunciation Guide" function, depending on the HTML character, it may not be read out or added a pronounciation.
When using the "Pronunciation Guide" function , depending on the HTML character, it may display some incorrect characters like "?".
Positions for "Text-To-Speech" may not be correctly displayed when you use the "Text-To-Speech" function on condition of using the function of "Pronunciation Guide".
When using the "Text-To-Speech" function in the password field.The number of characters may not be read out correctly on condition that there are space contained in the password inputted.
Only the "Text-To-Speech" function of "ZoomSight" could be used when displaying PDF files, Please use the function of Adobe Reader if you want to use the functions such as zooming.
When using Internet Explorer 10.0 or 11.0, The animation will not work when you switch functions in "ZoomSight".
When using Internet Explorer 10.0 or 11.0, the color of the images in the content and background and will not change when you use the "Change Display Color" function in "ZoomSight" to change the color of the page.
When using the Internet Explorer 10.0 or 11.0,the text of the links browsed may not change color by using "Change Display Color" fuction.
When the "Text-To-Speech" function is turned on,it may make "ZoomSight" or the Internet Explorer running unstable if you close the Internet Explorer after operating "ZoomSight" by keyboard,
and then reopen the Internet Explorer.
About the Webpages.
Depending on the webpages, layout may not be correctly displayed.
Depending on the webpages, part or all of the "ZoomSight" functions invalid.
If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 or 11.0, the following cases may happen:
The background image may not be correctly displayed.
Display positions of some elements may shift.
About the Operating System and the Internet Explorer.
When you are using the "Text-To-Speech" function, shortcut key operations or termination of Internet Explorer may be inactive.
Quit the "Text-To-Speech" function using the mouse before performing Internet Explorer operations.
When you are using the "Text-To-Speech" function, some "ZoomSight" and Internet Explorer operations may become unavailable, depending on the Internet Explorer operation.
Select a window other than Internet Explorer, and then select Internet Explorer for which you were running the "Text-To-Speech" function. You can then continue operations.
When a PDF file is displayed, keyboard operation of "ZoomSight" is disabled.
Use the mouse for "ZoomSight" operations.
Positions for "Text-To-Speech" may not be correctly specified on condition of displaying PDF files in the mode of enable scrolling or two page scrolling.
On condition of displaying PDF files, it may cause Adobe Reader to become unstable when changing the magnification in the pulldown menu of Adobe Reader.
When you control Internet Explorer using mouse or keyboard while displaying PDF file;for example, clicking "back" button while displaying PDF file,Adobe Reader or "ZoomSight" may become unstable, or the PDF file may become temporarily unavailable.
The Print/Print Preview function of the Internet Explorer may not work correctly while using "ZoomSight".
Please close "ZoomSight" before using Print/Print Preview function of the Internet Explorer.
To use "Text-To-Speech" function on PDF documents in Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, you need to set protected mode off in Internet Explorer.
Please confirm the reliability of webpages you browse carefully, before setting the protected mode into off.
You should set protected mode off in Adobe Reader to use "Text-To-Speech" function on PDF files in Windows Vista SP2.
You should set protected view off or set it to "Files from potentially unsafe locations" in Adobe Reader 11 to use "Text-To-Speech" function on PDF files.
When you change the color or font setting on Operating System, some parts of "ZoomSight" may not be displayed correctly and some functions of "ZoomSight" may not work correctly either.
When using the Developer tools of Internet Explorer, "ZoomSight" may fail to work expectedly.
When using the Internet Explorer 10.0 or 11.0,if the compatibility view is turned on, the color of text on the page may not change,and the color of text in a table may change as the color of the background when you use the "Change Display Color" fuction.
In that case,please set the document mode of the Internet Explorer into IE9 or later.
Please don’t open a page in new tab when you are using the "Text-To-Speech" function.
About the Installation and the Uninstallation.
It may cause "ZoomSight" or Internet Explorer to become unstable if you operate Internet Explorer while installing "ZoomSight" or starting "ZoomSight".
After uninstall of "ZoomSight", the user who disable the Add-ons Setting of "ZoomSight" may not be able to install "ZoomSight".
In that case please install "ZoomSight" by other users.
An uninstall message may be displayed after clicking the start button of the Language-Pack.
In that case, please read the Help documentation and then click the restart button after the uninstall process finished.
It may make "ZoomSight" running unstable If error of the Internet Explorer occurs when you are installing "ZoomSight".
In that case,please uninstall "ZoomSight",reset the the Internet Explorer to default setting and reboot the OS, then reinstall the "ZoomSight"
